Terms and Conditions


PASSPORTS & VISA
Passengers are responsible for all visas, entry, health and other requirements and documents required by law, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visiting. All passengers traveling abroad require a passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, and with appropriate visas. Multiple-entry visas are required for some countries. It is responsibility of each passenger to have a valid a valid passport and necessary visas, as well as to comply with entry, health or other requirements of the countries visiting. The operator and/or its agents are not responsible for passport, visas requirements, entry, health or other requirement of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by passengers for failing to comply with laws, regulations, order and/or requirements of countries visited.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
A deposit US$300 per person is required to reserve space on the tour. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure. ACBCES reserved the right to cancel the reservation should payments not be received within the above specified periods, and all payment previously made will not be refunded under this circumstance. Only cash, bank draft or certified cheque will be accepted for any payment made within 30 days of tour depart, personal cheque will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS PENALTIES
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to ACBCES and the following scale of cancellation fees will be applied.

  1. Over 45 days prior to departure, US$100 per person.
  2. From 31 ¨C 44 days prior to departure, US$300 per person.
  3. From 21 ¨C 30 days prior to departure, 50% of total price.
  4. From 8 ¨C 20 days prior to departure, 75% of total price
  5. Within 7 days prior to departure or withdrawal from a tour, will regard forfeiting the tour on own, no tour fee will be refunded.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you to purchase on ¡°All Inclusive Insurance Protection Plan¡± provided insurance company. Premium varies depending on tour period and age level. Detail information regarding travel insurance please contact your agent.
TOUR PRICES
Tour price in this brochure are in US dollars unless otherwise stated which based on cost of airfares, hotel rates, transportation charges, admission fees, and exchange rates at time of press and are subject to change without notice. Should any of these cost changes, ACBCES reserve the right to adjust the tour prices before departure. Nevertheless, this does not apply to passengers with full payment at time of adjustment. If the tour price increases more than 10%, you have the right to cancel but our liability will be limited to the refund of the paid amount.
PRICE INCLUDED:

  1. Air ticket to and from destination for air packages only.
  2. Hotel accommodation with private bathroom as outlined in the itinerary or comparable.
  3. All hotels and transfers, air-conditioned luxury coach and other specified types of transportation as outlined in the itinerary.
  4. Sightseeing as outlined in the itinerary.
  5. Meals provided are indicated as (B) for breakfast, (L) for Lunch and (D) for dinner.
  6. A local English / Mandarin speaking guide at each city, and/or an English / Mandarin speaking tour escort.

PRICE EXCLUDE
Comprehensive group insurance, departure taxes, port taxed, fuel surcharge, visa fees, passport fees, excess baggage charges, meals and admission fees other than specified, alcoholic beverages, gratuities and items of a personal nature.
BAGGAGE
Baggage allowance in Asia and China are restricted to 20kg (44lbs.), and one carry on baggage with dimensions not exceeding 22" X 14" X 9" per person. On transpacific flights, economy class baggage allowance of up to 2 suitcases with each dimensions not exceeding 29" X 20" X 10". However, porterage for only one piece of baggage id included.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is recommended and customary. The following is a guideline to guideline to what is considered appropriate for tipping, gratuities and porterage: Porterage and bellboys US$2 per luggage, Local guide US$5 per person per day, Coach/Bus driver US$3 per person per day. National guide/escort US$5 per person per day.
HEALTH
Normally, vaccinations are no longer required unless you travel from or via an infected area, In China, medical attention for emergency situations are available although not as easily accessible as it is at home. Minor medication or prescription drugs should also be carried with you.
RESPONSIBILITY (Important, Please read this thoroughly)

  1. ACBCES constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control, ACBCES reserved the right to make changes, such as to vary itineraries, to substitute hotels, to cancel or re-schedule tour departure as deemed to be appropriate. Furthermore tour price will be adjusted according to the extension or abridgement of travel period. Passengers shall not use this as an excuse for an objection.
  2. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. The carriers, hotel and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; as such, their security policies will be respected. ACBCES will not be liable for any damages or injuries claimed.
  3. ACBCES shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the service and accommodations described in this brochure, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of ACBCES. In such instances, ACBCES will do its best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there should be no refund in this connection.
  4. Passengers are responsible to observe the laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited. ACBCES assumes no responsibility for any passenger rejected to enter the countries visited. In such circumstances, there shall be no refund for the unused portion of tour.
  5. ACBCES is please to accept request of individual arrivals or departures for independents travels, however, ACBCES will not be responsible for any loss sustained by passengers for any missed portion of tour or hotel accommodation caused by traffic delay or delay in any nature.
  6. ACBCES reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone whose conduct deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group. Accordingly, we are not responsible for passenger's conduct after the completion of the tours. Should any passenger be asked to leave the tour, the balance of the tour fee will not be refunded.
  7. The right is reserved to make appropriate changes as required and the final schedules, which remain subject to last minute changes, will be made available upon your arrival.

Your reservation with us for the attached package in this brochure confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to each and all of the above conditions and limits on responsibility.

3.酒店房间以二大人住宿一双人房，若欲住單人房，請於報名時告知，並加付單人房差價。
4.訂金繳交及訂位確認後才能保證團體行程.
行程表上之價格係基本價, 視出發日期及其他有關條件而定. 團費在餘款繳清前可能因機票價格或匯率等而有所變動不另通知.

  2. 旅行團人數不足時，夲公司有權取消或延期出團。
  3. 夲公司所採用之各種交通工具，飯店，餐廳，飛機，火車及遊覧等，其對旅客及行李之安全問題，各機構均訂立有各種不同條例，以 對旅客負責。若有行李，意外傷亡及財產損失等情形，當根據各機構，公司所訂立之安全條例作為解決的依據，概与夲公司無關。
  4. 所訂之酒店均照行程表所註明或同等級之酒店。若遇特殊清况如因氣候，罷工，政變等 之影響，證件遺失，酒店突告客滿，班機取消 或延誤等而必湏將行程住宿更改或取消任何旅遊項目，夲公司得依照當時狀況全權處理，團員不得藉故對或要求陪償。夲公司建議，為保您旅行安心，請於出發前，另外購買各相關旅行平安保險，歡 迎向夲公司洽詢。
  5. 護照有效期限湏超過返美日期六個月以上，若旅客持用有效之入境簽證及旅行證件，而於入境任何國家時，被移民局或海關拒絕入境，概與夲公司無關，旅客不得要求退費或轉讓。
  6. 請自行注意行李安全. 建議購買行李保險. 橫越太平洋航線可帶兩件托運行李. 其長寬高總計106英吋(但是每件不能超過62英吋), 亞洲區行李總重量限44磅. 為了旅途方便，每人攜帶行李以托運及隨身各一件為佳，若行李過多或超重的費用，由旅客自行負責。
  7. 為維護所用團員最高利益，任何旅客之行為或健康狀况若有妨礙全團正常活動及利益之清形，夲公司領隊或導遊有權取消其繼續参加行程，其未完之行程，不得要求退費或轉讓，自該旅客離團之時，一切行動均與夲公司無關。
  8. 夲公司領隊或導遊很樂意協助旅客旅途中購物之需求，唯若任何後續有關物價，品質或售後服務等問題，純屬旅客與商家之间的問題，由旅客自行接洽處理‧與夲公司無關.
